Our Story
D’Wingz was born from a simple conviction: a neighborhood café should be a place where the coffee is as deliberate as the cocktail, and where every dish tells a story.
We source our beans from farms that treat their land well, smoke our wings in-house using local hardwoods, and pour every cocktail with the same care we’d expect at a speakeasy — only here, you’re welcome any hour.

The Menu
Seasonal, local, and made to order — every item on our board is something we’d serve our own table.
Single-origin espresso, pour-over, cold brew, and signature lattes — pulled from beans roasted within 100 miles of Crystal City.
Marinated overnight, smoked 6 hours over local oak, then tossed in one of our rotating sauces — from honey-garlic to ghost pepper.
Small-batch spirits, house-made bitters, and seasonal produce — our bartenders change the menu with the rhythm of the region.
